The 104.ua application provides a convenient solution for submitting gas meter readings and paying for services from listed gas distribution system operators (DSOs). The supported operators include Volyngaz, Zakarpatgaz, Zaporizhgaz, Rivnegaz, Tysmenytsiagaz, Chernivtsiagaz, and Chernihivgaz. Please note that data from some gas companies may not be fully updated, and there is no guarantee of processing by DSO when submitting meter readings.

Customers of the listed gas companies, excluding those with outdated data, can benefit from the following features:

• Submit gas meter readings to DSO and utilize neural network-based image recognition for meter photos
• Access gas consumption data from the DSO's system
• Make online payments for gas distribution services
• Obtain information about tariffs, monthly payments, and payment history from the DSO
• Download billing history

The personal account data required for using the application is provided by the DSO with whom the consumer has a gas distribution contract. If you need assistance regarding this data or meter reading processing, you can reach out to the DSO through the Options -> Contacts or Callback menu.

Please be aware that 104.ua does not collaborate with Naftogaz. Therefore, any questions related to Naftogaz cannot be resolved through this application.

If you are already registered on 104.ua, you can log in using your existing account credentials.

To use the application, you will need internet access and a Ukrainian mobile phone number.

Getting Started:

1. Enter your Ukrainian mobile number. Review and agree to the privacy policy and personal data processing terms. You will receive an SMS message containing a 4-digit code that must be confirmed within 24 hours.
2. If the entered phone number matches the login of an existing account, the application will prompt for a password. Otherwise, it will inquire whether you have an account:
Click "I am a new user" if you have never created an account on 104.ua before. The application will create an account associated with your phone number and then ask for personal details and password setup. Click "I have a 104.ua account" to log in using a previously created account. Enter your username and proceed to enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, use the appropriate button on the password screen and confirm your login with a 4-digit code. The application will guide you through creating a new password. If you don't have an account, you can create one by selecting the appropriate button instead of "Enter".
3. For added account security, the application may suggest adding another login, although this step can be skipped if desired. The requirements for logins and passwords can be found on the 104.ua website. Registration, adding a login, or changing/resetting a password must be completed within 24 hours.

Account Management:

The application stores information about all successfully logged into accounts but does not retain authentication information for security purposes. For convenient and secure access to accounts, consider using biometric authentication.

• To manage accounts, click the round button located in the top right corner of the screen.
• To remove an account from the application or permanently delete your account along with all personal data from the 104.ua system, select "Edit account" followed by "Delete account". Confirm the action by clicking the respective button.

A 104.ua account can accommodate up to 25 personal accounts. To manage personal accounts, click on the personal account number displayed at the top of any screen. To add a personal account from the DSO system to your 104.ua account, you need to confirm it using the meter number or the last payment amount. An active personal account can be removed from the personal number info section.
